Prophix Acquires Sigma Conso

Continues Strategy of High Quality Company Purchases
Published on December 6, 2021

The leader in Corporate Performance Management software has acquired Sigma Conso a Belgium-based company that provides service and software for financial close management, planning and analysis.  The medium term strategy is to add Sigma’s Conso’s technology to the Prophix offering and eventually provide full integrations with the Prophix solution.

There has been a noticeable increase in interest in Corporate Performance Management over the last few years  as companies realize the benefits the modern software can bring to their financial operations.  As Prophix continues to grow through acquisitions like these, they  will be able to add more functionality to their offering and provide it to a wider market.
